Meet Victor Rodriguez, a junior English literature major from Millville, N.J. (Cumberland County).

Why did you choose to come to Rowan?

“I transferred to Rowan because it was more cost-efficient and closer to home than my previous institution. I also enjoy the overall vibe of Rowan; it is a very relaxing environment and allows me to have a typical college experience.”

What is one piece of advice you have for future transfer students?

Meet people as soon as you step foot on campus. You will feel isolated at first, but when you start to make friends you will learn more about campus and feel more at home. They will make you want to be on campus.”
