(Weekly) Daily Dish – Dollar Store Desserts for the Holidays

My sweet tooth hits hard during the holiday season, but thanks to the dollar store near campus, my cravings are satisfied with $3 or less!

Brownie Sundae:Brownie batter being poured into glass pan.

Ingredients:

  • Brownie mix (check to see what additional ingredients the mix calls for)
  • Ice cream
  • Chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Follow brownie mix directions. Add chocolate chips into mix.
  2. Let brownie’s cool.
  3. Plate brownie and ice cream.
  4. Enjoy!!

Peanut Butter Cookies (featuring chocolate chips):

Ingredients:

  • Peanut butter cookie mix
  • Ice cream
  • Chocolate chips
